Founding Partners
Luis Remisio is a Mining Engineer (IST, Lisboa), Petroleum Engineer (IFP, Paris), Leadership Certificate in Management (Ashridge, UK). 43 years of experience in the industry of Oil and Gas in 7 countries (Angola, UK, Australia, Zaire, Portugal, United Arab Emirates and Kazakhstan) in the areas Drilling, Operations, Production Technology, Conceptual Design and Project of Surface Installations, Development/Training of Engineers and Technicians, HSE and Technical and Finance Management. He teaches Oil & Gas, HSE and Leadership courses.
Luis is a Partner Founder of OGExperts and Technical Manager for Sub-surface
Cipriano Costa has a Masters in Chemical Engineering – Petroleum Refining and Petrochemistry - FEUP University of Porto, (1978). Worked in the Lubricants refining plant of Petrogal and in several countries around the world (Libya, Algeria, United States, Middle East, North Sea and Central Africa) with Halliburton Corporation having performed several duties in almost all technical areas of the Oilfield both Onshore and Offshore and has been also PDC (Personal Development Coordinator), BDM (Business Development Manager) and Technical Advisor for Completions. He has a post-Graduation in Petroleum Engineering by University of Texas – Austin.
He is a specialist in Fracturing, Chemical Stimulation, Cementing and Completions.

Our Technical Management Team
Abbas Ahmed Yousef Al Blooshi is executive leader with over 33 years of progressive experience in the oil and gas sector, primarily with ADNOC Group. He has held multiple senior leadership positions, including Vice President of Integrity & Operational Excellence, Vice President of Development, and Vice President of Operations, where he successfully led large-scale upstream operations, optimized resource utilization, and implemented high-impact safety and integrity programs.
With a robust background in mechanical and petroleum engineering, Abbas has consistently demonstrated excellence in strategic operations, HSE leadership, pipeline integrity, and stakeholder engagement. His technical acumen is complemented by advanced executive education, including an Executive MBA, a Master's in Petroleum Engineering, and specialized training in AI applications for energy from MBZUAI.
He is widely recognized for championing operational innovation, sustainability initiatives, and workforce development programs that have shaped ADNOC culture of continuous improvement and performance excellence.
Abbas is Ogexperts Operations Excelence Manager and UAE 🇦🇪 & ME Representative.
Ana de Sousa, is a Msc in Reservoir Evaluation and Management from Heriot-Watt University, Bsc in Geology Engineering from Sciences and Technology, Coimbra University and a Post-graduation study on Economics, Strategy & Management College of Economics (CIDEC-ISCTE), Lisbon, Portugal.
She was a senior reservoir geologist with more than 28 years of experience in Oil and Gas. She worked as geomodeler and rock type specialist in Partex Oil and Gas, PTTEP, Total and Maersk.
She did several static models in different reservoir types (Carbonates and Clastic) from appraisal to development. She gave Geological prognosis and did Geological Risk Identification. She was responsible for Dunga Field (Kazakhstan) with Partex Oil & Gas.
Experienced Instructor delivers training in the Earth Science, geology, geophysics and petrophysics in Portugal, Nigeria and UAE.
Ana is our Technical Manager for Earth Science and Marketing Manager.
