CEMENTING TECHNOLOGIES Course
Cementing is a fundamental element of well construction.
Cementing operations are critical for well life cycle.
Mud removal and centralization are also fundamental processes to ensure a successful cement job.
Special purpose cements must be used to solve challenges found in complex and extreme well environments.
Well Integrity is compromised unless efficient cementing operations are carried out in every casing.
Like the foundations of a house, Cementing is the basis of an efficient well performance.
Liner Cementing, Staged Cementing and Secondary Cementing jobs will also be developed.
Course can be delivered
Online or, either in Class room in Client´s permisses or in Algarve Portugal
COURSE DURATION: 5 days
LEVEL: Advanced
HOW WILL THIS TRAINING COURSE BE PRESENTED?
Course will be presented using properly designed slides, some with animation and videos on relevant issues.
The quality of a cement job will be evaluated using real examples of Cement Logs.
Before the next session, we will do a full revision of the program of the prevous day to make sure the attendants got a good understanding of all the treated subjects.
